Customized Comfort

We tailor your dog’s stay to their routine and preferences. Feeding instructions, rest times, and enrichment sessions are followed carefully to keep your pup comfortable and secure while you’re away.

Boarding Evaluations Required

Every first-time boarding guest starts with a boarding evaluation. It gives your dog a chance to get comfortable with our team, routine, and space so longer trips feel familiar and low-stress. It also helps us learn your dog’s needs and set them up for a successful stay. Call to schedule.

Enrichment by Day, Comfort by Night

At Allie’s Walkabout, boarding is built around safe play, structured rest, and attentive supervision in a low-stress environment. Playtime is included, so your pup can Live Life Unleashed without extra fees for group play. Dogs enjoy climate-controlled indoor play yards, outdoor K9 grass play yards, and comfortable suite housing, with calming music during rest periods and 24/7 staffing.

Playgroups are thoughtfully grouped by size and energy and supervised by our trained team. We maintain an approximate 1 handler to 18 dogs ratio during group play as a safety standard, with rest periods built in throughout the day to keep energy levels fun but controlled.

Balanced Playgroups, Built for Safety

During playgroup, dogs rotate through an even mix of play, rest, and engagement. That structure keeps energy levels healthy and helps prevent over-arousal. Our handlers reinforce calm basics like gate manners (impulse control), place, sit, and down so transitions stay orderly and safe. We aim for an energy level that’s fun but controlled, not chaotic.

Professional Training, Peace of Mind

Our team completes 100+ hours of PackPro training, one-on-one mentoring, and Pet Tech CPR and First Aid training. We are a member of the International Boarding and Pet Services Association (IBPSA) and maintain professional certifications including Fear Free and Professional Animal Care Certified (PACC). Ongoing education is a priority as we continue raising our standards to keep every stay safe, comfortable, and well-managed.
